General Instructions

• Please remember that the meeting hours with the principal is only on Monday & Friday during 11.00 pm to 2.00 p.m.
• Do not send the child to the school when he/she is sick or ill.
• No Child should be absent without a written application of leave. In case of infectious diseases, no child should return to school without a medical certificate.
• Parents may send suggestions for the better development of the children to the Directors of the school.
• Parents and guardians are expected to be co-operative with school and its management for its betterment. They can meet the principal at visiting hours only and are adviced not to meet the teachers without the permission of the principal.
• Complaints or suggestions are only accepted in written format but not verbal.
• Tuition Fee should be paid within the 7th day of Every month failing which a fine of Rs. 50/— will be charged for 8th to 14th day of the month and there after Rs.100/— by the end of the month and this after Rs. 200/— with the next month fees.
• Re-admission fee should be paid in the month of March [No part payment].
• 1st Session fee should be paid in the month of Sept & 2nd Session fee should be paid in the month of February of the following year.
• All fee must be cleared by the 1st week of February before the annual exams.
• School uniform to be worn daily.
• Every child is expected to bathe and wear appearing or wearing dirty clothes will fresh clothes every morning. Children not be allowed to attend class.
• Students come to school in seat,clean school uniform and polished shoes.
• No vehicle is to be parked in fornt of the school compound. Cycles & Bike should be locked before being parked.
• Students are strictly forbidren to buy eatables form vendors outside the school campus.
• Henna on the palms of children for any reason whatsoever is strictly forbidden.
• Fines of any kind or collection for any purpose whatsoever may only be made with the sanction of the Principal. Honorary gifts to members of the staff or other demonstrations in their honour also require pre sanction
• The School does not accept responsibility for the loss of books, money, cloths and so on. Each child is responsibility for his / her own things
• Parents guardians or their acquaintances are forbidden to see their children or interview their teachers during school hours without the sanction of the Principal. Complaints concerning your child's class teacher should be discussed with the Principal first.
• No paper. pencil peels, sweet wrappers, scraps of food etc. are to be left lying around. There is a bin provided for the purpose.
• Domestic Helpers are not allowed to enter the classroom or the premises, till it is time to take the children home.
